Alexander established the Firm in August 2024 to continue and improve the relationships with local clients after acquiring the Tullahoma practice from Crisler CPA PLLC. Today, our mission remains the same. While modern technology allows us to branch outside of middle Tennessee, we want to ensure we never lose our local identity and personal relationships with the community and its people. We provide accounting, tax, payroll, and attestation services with a commitment to quality and personal service.
Our goal is simple: never forget that our clients are people first. Every interaction deserves respect, care, and thoughtful service. We treat each client relationship with professionalism, empathy, and integrity, striving to build lasting connections while delivering the quality work our community deserves.
Alexander W. Davis, CPA
Founding Director
Alexander earned his accounting education through Motlow State Community College and Middle Tennessee State University before passing the CPA exam in 2011 and becoming licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 2012.
Alexander began serving clients in Tullahoma in 2011 at A-1 Tax Service. When the practice became Crisler CPA, he remained with the firm for more than a decade, serving clients from multiple offices throughout Middle Tennessee.
In August 2024, Alexander purchased the Tullahoma practice and established Alexander W. Davis CPA PLLC. Today, Alexander continues to serve the Tullahoma community he has called home throughout his career.
Outside of being a CPA, Alexander is the author of several fictional novels, all of which are available on Amazon. If you happen to have a copy, feel free to come by the office for an autograph.
Brian J. Marler
Senior Associate of Tax & Payroll
Prior to beginning his tax career, Brian worked alongside Alexander at A-1 Tax Service, where they developed a professional relationship that would continue for years to come.
Brian's tax career began in 2013, when A-1 Tax Service became Crisler CPA. Over the course of his career, Brian has worked extensively with individual income tax preparation and payroll services, helping clients navigate their ongoing compliance and reporting needs.
When Alexander acquired the Tullahoma practice in August 2024, Brian joined Alexander W. Davis CPA PLLC and continues to serve clients today as Senior Associate of Tax & Payroll.
